What we did!

This space was a workshop with a bathroom and finished space upstairs. When NLH Property Management saw the square footage they knew it would be a great office! The goal was to maximize the function and pay homage to it’s location, a horse farm by bringing in natural materials, reclaimed wood, black accents and touches of leather. Changing out the garage doors for huge window adds so much natural light that makes the area so nice to work in. When you enter the office you are greeted by reclaimed wood on the ceiling and running down the wall with integrated lighting. Upstairs the existing space was updated with new carpet and reclaimed wood ceiling accent. The office is a cohesive, bright and airy place to work and meet.

Key Features:

• More Lighting, a combination of recessed lighting, accent lighting, pendant and ceiling fans provides lighting needed at any time of the day or evening at the office.

• The kitchenette maximizes the storage with double upper cabinets paired with matte black hardware and beautiful quartz countertops. The table in the middle functions as a place to eat and meet, custom made by NLH Property Management.

• The bathroom was updated with wood look parquet tile and board and batten woodwork. A clever panel made to blend in to the woodwork now hides all the mechanics that were previously visible.
